Bolometric Response of YBCO Thin Films to Blackbody Radiation

Abstract. 1-D thermal analysis of the system blackbody source / super? conducting bolometer is presented. Attention is paid on multiple reflection of the thermal wave in the sensing thin film. The performance of experi?mental structures is compared to the theory. The results indicate that the response on frequency dependence follows 1/ω1/2 law instead of 1/ω one which is typical for the classical thermal detectors.
