Abstract. The object of the present paper is to investigate conharmonically flat spacetime in the framework of FRW model. In this regard we have considered perfect fluid as a source of matter distribution of the universe. We solved Einstein's field equations with variable cosmological term using special variational law Λ = βH², where β is a constant and H is the Hubble's parameter. Moreover, we have described a cosmological scenario of the universe with these solutions and shown that this model is in accordance with the recent day observations.
