Abstract. The innovative development of Transcendental Theory of the Theories (TIT) and Transcendental Theory of the multidimensional 6D Time-Space (TITS) for research the Cosmos and planets, is founded on the transaction "The Paradigm of Stephen Hawking and Civilizations and Cosmos Challenges to the III-Millenium", represented at the International Scientific Conference "30 years cosmological researches in Bulgaria", 1999. Now & here, there are developed and represented interdisciplinary challenges and innovations of the multidimensional 6D Time-Space and needs of transcendental multidimensional theories and applications evaluation for Cosmos and planets, considered opinion also at 1999 on the annivarsary conference "25-years tribology at Bulgarian" in transaction "The Tbribology and the Needs of Transcendental Theories of the Theories and the Time-Space (TIT-TITS) Development for Research the Earth and Cosmos".
