A Photon Absorption by Slow Electrons on Rare Atoms

Abstract. In this paper we are considering (and we have calculated) the process of the photon absorption by slow electrons on Ar and Xe atom. The amplitudes of this processes are obtained solving the RPAE (random phase approximation with exchange) equations.
