Amplitude Fluctuations of Partially Coherent Pulse Laser Radiation in Homogeneous Media with Thermal Nonlinearity

Abstract. The evolution of the dispersion of amplitude fluctuations of partially coherent pulse laser radiation propagating in homogeneous media with thermal nonlinearity is analysed in this work. The short and long pulse propagation modes have been studied. The dispersion of the amplitude fluctuations is shown to oscillate with an exponentially growing amplitude. The increments of the fluctuation growth have been found.
